Rental Criteria

To ensure a smooth application process, please review our rental criteria:

• Minimum income requirement: 3x monthly rent
• Credit score: 650 preferred, below considered on a case by case basis
• Background check required for all applicants
• Proof of income required (pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements)
• Valid government-issued photo ID

Application Process

1. Browse available listings and schedule a tour
2. Complete the online application for your desired unit
3. Submit required documentation (ID, proof of income, etc.)
4. Application review typically takes 2-3 business days
5. Upon approval, sign lease and pay move-in costs

Pet Policy

Apodments properties have a no pets policy. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Parking

Parking availability varies by property:

• Some properties offer on-site parking (garage or surface lot)
• Street parking may be available in some neighborhoods
• Parking fees may apply - check individual property listings
• Contact us for specific parking information

Application Fee

The admin fee to apply is $200, of which $160 is refundable. $40 is held for screening costs.

Move-In Costs

Typical move-in costs include:

• Security deposit (typically equal to one month's rent)
• First month's rent
• Application admin fee ($200, $160 refundable)

Resident Benefit Package

A $39/month resident benefit package is mandatory for all residents and includes:

• High speed internet
• Renters insurance
• Credit building

Utilities

Utilities are billed separately under a RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) system.
