What Our Residents Say
Real experiences from people who call Apodments home
"Really impressed with this place and especially for the price. Respectful neighbors. No complaints so far. Thankful for this little place!"
"I lived here for close to a year and I loved it! It was affordable, my resident manager, Jim was very responsive, and so was the property management. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. It's just such a delight to stay in a place where the owners and those who operate the buildings have a human touch :)"
"I have been living in this apartment for almost 2 years and I can say this was a great place when I was starting out my new job. It was affordable with all utilities included and the building manager Jim was responsive to my questions even at odd hours. This is a great location since its 11 min from my job by bike and also at the corner between Capitol Hill and International District."
"Great location!! Management was very kind and helpful, and always gave prompt responses. I actually ended up moving out early since I realized I needed a bit more space, but for the location and price, it's definitely worth it! Would definitely recommend this place to students or folks looking for affordable housing options."
"Great place for the price and location. For a thousand bucks in Capitol Hill I'd say it isn't half bad! The rooms at Centro are a bit more expensive than other Apodments because they're bigger, but the thing I loved about this place was the location. 1 minute walk from Safeway, 4 minute walk from Link station and Broadway. So many conveniences close by makes Centro so worth it."
"Centro has been great for me! Close to work, right next to a grocery store and restaurant on 15th. The 8, 10 and 43 bus routes right there and just a short walk to light rail. You can't find a better price on Capitol Hill for a location like this."
"Lived here temporarily for 3 months for an internship. My stay was very pleasant. The managers and staff were very friendly and responsive. The unit was pretty small, but good enough for my taste. The unit was very clean upon move-in. Rent is very affordable, it includes utilities and internet, which is great. The area is pretty walkable, and there's good access to public transportation. Other tenants were very quiet."
"Love the location, it's very walkable and close to everything (I do not have a car, so I rely on foot/public transport for everything). Safeway is down the street, there's a huge park (WA Arboretum) nearby, and Pike Place Market is a bus ride away. For a small place and good price, it is a nice stay."
"Super quiet, maintained floors, responsive management, and great prices. Only cons for me are no elevators and keyed entrance (difficult for some Amazon drivers, and food deliveries)."
"Stayed at Morino for 3 months from March 2023 - June 2023. Great experience renting here as a student at UW. Very quiet neighborhood and never felt unsafe while walking back from UW at 11pm, which I frequently did. The shared kitchen on my floor was usually free. The proximity of the 31/32 and 45 buses was really great. Easy access to UW via walking or 32 bus, the UW IMA via the 65 bus and access to UVillage via the 32 bus eastbound."
"This is a wonderful place! Clean, cozy mini-studios with excellent management that's easy to get a hold of for those minor inconveniences you can't handle on your own. Not to mention it's close to both a convenient bus stop and a UW clinic for my healthcare needs. I'm really glad I moved in here."
"It was great for a short term lease. I stayed for 3 months, the layout was perfect for one person. The management was super helpful from getting the lease to the refund of deposit. Move out was contact less and hassle free."
"I had a great experience here. The view from my south-facing loft unit was amazing—I could see Mount Rainier and the Space Needle. Unfortunately, this might change because I noticed construction starting on the building nearby. The team I interacted with—Jesus, Jamie, Zenya, John, and Jared—were all kind and professional. I also liked the shorter lease options; I was planning a short stay but ended up staying almost a year. On the downside, there's no elevator, the noise from the I-5 can be pretty loud, and there's no office to keep your packages besides the USPS mailbox. But overall, if this place fits you like it did me, it's a great spot, thanks for hosting me."
"Excellent units, the main lobby area is clean, the kitchen provides enough stoves. Very well maintained units, walking distance to downtown Seattle."
"Good location, close to Link. Marc (building manager) has been one of the most capable and dedicated people here. He was quick to respond, easy to reach, and handled a wide range of issues with skill and competence. He understood how things worked, kept everything running smoothly, and consistently went above what most tenants would expect while he was here. I'm grateful for all he did and wish him every success moving forward."
"Apodments are the perfect place to live to enjoy the best that Seattle has to offer. It also offered me a very comfortable place to transition into the next part of my life without having to give up anything that I love. Thanks Apodments!!"
"Troveré has been great for me. I was looking for a safe, quiet, and affordable place to live while I finished school, and that is exactly what I received. I decided to stay after graduating because the hassle and cost of moving never felt worth it. No issues with noisy neighbors, the common areas are cleaned frequently, maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly, and the resident manager is amazing. It is also worth mentioning how accommodating office staff were in my interactions with them."
"Small, cheap, clean and well managed. Perfect for students who dont want roommates."
"Excellent value in an urban setting. The owners, general manager and maintenance staff are professional and courteous."
"I've been here almost a year and I find the location one of the best assets of living here as I don't have a car. I can get around town easily, I'm happy in my unit, sure it's small but perfect for 1 person in my humble opinion, I moved here from California and never could afford my own apartment. My neighbors, so far, aren't too noisy and actually I rarely see anyone. Good price for a safe and comfortable home. Good management here, prompt response to any issues."
"I've lived here for 3 years and it's my favorite apartment I've ever rented. I couldn't be happier with it. I enjoy the financial freedom that comes with the price (which includes everything: electricity, fast-speed internet etc.). The management is always prompt and helpful if I ever need them. No noise issues from tenants. And the location is perfect - it's far enough from the Cap Hill mecca that you'll never be kept awake by noisy drunks; and simultaneously it's close enough that you can bus to the nightlife in 2 minutes. If you're smart and organized, then moving here can be a great idea for you."
"Just moved son into studio. Entire move in process from signing lease to receiving keys through management was seamless. Excellent website and communication through process. Room was extremely clean and all appliances, cabinet doors, windows and screens were in perfect working condition. Great value/option for off campus housing."
"A hidden gem in Seattle. Safe, secure, quiet and clean. Thanks to management (onsite and off) doing an excellent job of maintaining the building and a quiet environment. I've lived here two years and work from home most of the time. I've found neighbors to be respectful, and streaming speeds for video conferencing, fast and reliable. It's also a great location near many of Seattle's best cultural and historical sites, and the rooftop deck has amazing sunset views of the city skyline and waterfront."
